Dipoli “Voglar” AA Sauvignon Blanc

100% Sauvignon Blanc
Fermentation in large acacia wooden barrels

From the “Olympus” of the greatest Italian Sauvignon Blancs.

The nose is enchanted by aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, delicate herbaceous and mineral notes. Appears in the mouth fresh and sharp, at times tense and long in the finish.
Its full-bodied character and personality, allows this wine to withstand a quite long term bottle aging time.

Vignai Da Duline Chardonnay “Ronco Pitotti” DOC Friuli Colli Orientali

100% Chardonnay
Fermentation in wood, 6 months refinement in steel, 12 months refinement in wood

A Golden texture shines to your eyes! It opens to the nose with persuasive aromas of peach, cedar and bergamot  Freesia flowers and iodized accents give refinement and elegance, accompanied by thyme and pine resins. The sip is powerful and dynamic with a very long freshness.

La Madonnina Franciacorta Brut Millesimato - 12,5%

Production area: Franciacorta
Chardonnay 80% – Pinot Bianco 20%
Aging: at least 24 months on the lees in the bottle and disgorgement at least 3 months before release.
To drink within 5 years.

This Blanc de Blanc is nicely balanced with a fine and persistent perlage. Aromas of bread crust, fruity notes of citrus and white peach. The palate confirms the balance, with a nice  and a persistant freshness. We suggest to drink the wine within 5 years.

Bulichella “Sol Sera” Syrah Rosè

100% Syrah

Pale Pink with slightly coppery brilliant reflections.
It elegantly release aromas of berries, cassis and light nuances of white pepper. Fresh and savoury to the palate, tasty and pleasantly persistent.
The saline note and the minerality flavors return, accompanied by a soft counter-thrust.

Monsupello “Nature” Metodo Classico Pas Dosè

Pinot Nero 90% – Chardonnay 10%
36 months on the Lees
Pas Dosè

Golden reflections adorn the pale yellow color. The fruity nose of peach and rennet apple, opens to a toasted charm of blond tobacco and smoked notes, closing on a custard finish.  Fresh, expressive in olfactory. Well balance to the palate, it persists on the savory trail with vibrant freshness and a persuasive creamy bubble.

Monsupello “Blanc de Blancs” Metodo Classico

Vintage Chardonnay 60%  – aged in steel
Chardonnay 40% – aged in wood
Refinement on lysed yeasts for 50 months.
Post disgorgement refinement for at least 6 months in the bottle.

Straw yellow with slightly golden and bright reflections. Fine and persistent Perlage. The aromas immediately recall pastries, lemon cream, a well-puffed croissant, butter.  Then comes the dried fruit, in particular the hazelnut and a delicate peppery sensation. In the mouth It is creamy and rich with toasted hints, a touch of saffron and then fades into fresh tones of anise and almond, enlivened by a citrus tone.  Soft, savory and pulpy in the finish.
