Extremely elegant, round and firmly structured. Truffle and wild herbs aromas pervade the nose, with a whiff of saddle leather and mineral notes of graphite. Full-bodied and delicious, delivers to the palate ripe Marasca cherry, blackberry jam, licorice, tobacco framed in tightly knit, fine-gained tannins.

Collemattoni’s flagship wine. Intense ruby red color with light garnet highlights. On the nose black forest fruits, vanilla, white pepper spices. The palate is enveloping with noticeable but velvety tannins, a very elegant wine. A wine for meditation.
PIETROSO
Ruby tending towards garnet red. intense, persistent, ample, ethereal with the scent of the forest floor, aromatic wood, small red fruits, a touch of vanilla and jam. Dry, warm, tannic, elegant and harmonious with long, aromatic aftertaste.
LA FORNACE
This delicious Brunello shows notes of ripe red plums, cherries in brandy and sweet spices like cinnamon, nutmeg. Medium body, slightly dry tannins but well balanced. Savory and long finish.
