During the journey, you will learn to recognize the different types of truffles, the secrets of the harvest and the stories linked to this ancient tradition, handed down from generation to generation. The truffle hunters will share with you anecdotes, curiosities and techniques that make this practice a real ritual, made of patience, intuition and deep respect for nature.
The Truffle Hunting will be followed with a delicious picnic arranged by the Sommelier Barbara, featuring truffle based finger food paired with excellent wines! To experience the tasting of the freshest and available Truffle variety, paired with a super wine selection by our Sommelier. An aged Balsamic vinegar and Evo Oil are included in this unique food & wine experience.
