Magical Dressing
A perfect balance between the alchemy of time and the expert hand of man matured for four generations, for the Balsamic Vinegar Il Mandrio, seasoned for 20 years in different wood barrels which decreased in size.
Its bittersweet taste and unmistakable aromas result from careful grape selection and meticulous aging and refinement. Dense and particularly full-bodied, at times slightly sweet with pleasant acidity.
